Regular packages are all inclusive and cover registration, food, 5 nights housing. No Housing packages include all costs except housing. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the Symposium.

Housing is available in  a mixture of single and double occupancy. Corporate and Academic (Single Supplement) are guaranteed single occupancy. If the Symposium is heavily subscribed we cannot guarantee single housing for participants paying the regular academic rate.
