Recruitment Announcement - Senior Program Director

Responsibilities

1. Assist the CEO in managing the core teams for academic conferences and summer courses, and oversee the full-cycle implementation and delivery of relevant projects.

2. Support the CEO in developing and executing overseas academic businesses, including site research, selection and onshore coordination for international academic conferences and summer courses.

3. Manage the negotiation, follow-up and implementation of industry-university-research cooperation projects with overseas universities to drive the scaled development of overseas businesses.

4. Maintain and expand academic cooperation resources with domestic and foreign universities and research institutes, and establish regular communication and collaboration mechanisms.

5. Take charge of the daily management of the laboratory team and laboratory operational management.

6. Other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

1. Doctorate degree in Biology or related disciplines with solid academic background. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

2. At least 3 years of working experience. Candidates with team management and coordination experience, and familiarity with academic project operation and overseas business development are preferred.

3. Possess fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of conducting overseas business docking and academic communication independently. Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

4. Demonstrate outstanding cross-party communication and coordination capabilities, logical thinking and execution skills, with strong competence in multi-resource docking and complex affairs handling.

5. Proactive, responsible and resilient under pressure; able to take occasional short-term business trips at home and abroad.
